Who Can Hold an Account
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate registration details to open an account. One account per person — duplicates may be restricted or merged at our discretion.
What Counts as Acceptable Use
Accounts are personal — using one on behalf of someone else needs prior approval, such as through the Agent Program. Attempting to exploit reward systems, referral tracking or game mechanics outside their intended use can trigger an account review or restriction.
Rewards, Withdrawals and Term Updates
Reward eligibility and withdrawal handling follow what's described on the Rewards and Withdrawal Guide pages. Terms here get updated periodically, and continuing to use your account after a change takes effect counts as accepting the update.
When an Account Gets Reviewed or Restricted
An account may be reviewed or temporarily restricted if its activity looks like it conflicts with these terms — suspected duplicates, reward exploitation, or payment verification issues among them — while things get sorted out. Affected players are notified through the account or registered contact details wherever possible.
A restriction isn't automatically permanent. Resolving the underlying issue — completing verification, clarifying account history through Support — is usually the path back to normal access.
